Person Specification: * MRICS qualified – Chartered Building Surveyor * Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience * You will ideally have broad UK experience within commercial Building Surveying * Experience across a range of professional instructions Roles & Responsibilities: You will ideally have broad experience in project work and the associated professional instructions: * Dilapidations * Surveys * Party Wall Matters * Contract Administration * Project Management * Building Pathology Salary & Package: Salary of £63,000 – £70,000, dependent on experience. * Bonus – 10% on all over-target billing * Annual ski trip from Associate level and up * Private healthcare * Pension matched at 5% * Annual leave – 25 days * 3 day Christmas/New Year shutdown + your birthday off!
