It has flourished and grown since 2019 growing to a team of 8, and now they are looking for a manager to supervise this team, They are looking for an ambitious individual, with previous management and accountancy practice experience. The firm are based in Southend on Sea, in the centre of town with excellent transport links. Accounts and Tax Manager Position Overview Client relationship management and development Statutory Accounting Financial Oversight Staff Supervision Performance Management Strategic planning Compliance and Quality Control Team leadership Training and Development of junior staff Management Accounting Tax Compliance Accounts and Tax Manager Position Requirements A minimum of 10 years' experience in practice ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience. Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge Strong IT and communication skills Previous managerial experience (at least 3 years) The ability to plan and manage the work of the team with a portfolio of circa (330 clients) Strong attention to detail Sound commercial awareness and management of budgets on jobs. The ability to nurture and strengthen existing client relationships.
