Quality Team Leader

Lead a team of quality control auditors to ensure consistent quality standards and optimal performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role

As a Quality Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellent standards of packing quality, food hygiene, health and safety, and team happiness. You will also be expected to:

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Train and coach QC auditors to follow quality check practices
• Ensure adherence to auditing and quality standards across shifts
• Oversee the generation of reports and analysis to inform decision-making
• Lead root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities
• Act as a liaison between QC teams and production to ensure effective communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in team management
• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the food industry
• Proficiency in Gsheet/Excel
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Ability to solve problems using own initiative
