Quality Team Leader
Lead a team of quality control auditors to ensure consistent quality standards and optimal performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Role
As a Quality Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellent standards of packing quality, food hygiene, health and safety, and team happiness. You will also be expected to:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and coach QC auditors to follow quality check practices
- Ensure adherence to auditing and quality standards across shifts
- Oversee the generation of reports and analysis to inform decision-making
- Lead root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Act as a liaison between QC teams and production to ensure effective communication
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in team management
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the food industry
- Proficiency in Gsheet/Excel
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Ability to solve problems using own initiative
