We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our client's team in Liverpool. You will play a key role in providing essential support to the administrative functions of the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Location: Liverpool Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 per annum (£11.44 per hour) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team. Maintain a professional and organised office environment. Answer and direct telephone inquiries with a professional and friendly manner. Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts. Handle inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate person or department. Provide additional support to colleagues as needed. Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking various administrative duties. Qualifications and Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently when necessary. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
