Interim Financial Controller

A high-growth financial services business based near Portsmouth are seeking to recruit an Interim Financial Controller for a period of 3-6 months. Reporting to the CFO you'll have financial oversight for new acquisitions coming in to the company portfolio: Responsibilities of the Interim Financial Controller Ensure effective financial controls are in place Preparation of monthly reporting, deliverable to the Head of Finance, for group consolidated reporting Support the M&A team as required including M&A Integration and Completion Accounts Working with business unit stakeholders to provide financial information and to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Responsible for working with the auditors to provide the necessary information for group audit Support the CFO as part of the annual budgeting round and the ongoing reforecasting process and reporting.  Business unit cash flow management including cashflow forecasting Skills and Experience required for the Financial Controller Experience of working in a fast-paced role, ideally in the financial services sector ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified M&A / Integration experience Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Chilworth Partnership Ltd (also trading as Venture Recruitment Partners) is a Recruitment Agency.
