Project Coordinator

What Are We Looking For? Due to the ongoing success and continued project award with Thames Water, our PTSN Projects team is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator on a permanent basis to work from our office in Basingstoke. This is a unique role, offering the incumbent the opportunity to effectively spearhead the delivery of a variety of projects by coordinating with a number of stakeholders to deliver essential work for our client. Some of Your Key Duties Include: Preparation of site and office documentation as required. Issue of documentation to clients and suppliers as required. Document control and tracking. Managing change requests. Preparation of work packs. Liaising with Project Engineers, Project Managers and External Customers Compilation of project final documentation Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required. What Do You Need? Experience working within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project demands. Any experience within the utility, engineering or construction sector would be advantageous. Impeccable organisation skills. Keen focus on quality Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, building productive relationships throughout all interactions.
