The Pub serves simple traditional homecooked pub food, and could be a great opportunity for someone to take on their first head chef position in a small pub using fresh ingredients

The owner said the chef will have a high level of freedom with the menu, this is a good locals pub serving tasty food including specials but is not chasing rosettes.

Applicants will need to live in the Peterborough, Glinton, Werrington, Market Deeping, Deeping St James or possibly Stamford area with their own transport.

Benefits
Base Salary of £30,000
Bonus Scheme (based on achieving GP and Turnover)
