Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant (including but not limited to): - Drive new business development in the industrial sector. - Build and sustain robust client relationships. - Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements. - Provide outstanding service to guarantee client satisfaction. Qualifications for a Recruitment Consultant: - Proven experience in sales or recruitment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Commitment to developing long-term client relationships. - Holder of a full UK Driver's License.
