Site Manager/ Construction - £48K + Car + Progression Site Manager required for a growing construction company who are based in the Midlands. The company are a specialist construction company who mainly work with large food groups carrying out a number of construction projects. Order after order is being won so the MD needs to employ a Project Manager who can eventually become the companies General Manager. If you are currently working as a Working Foreman, Site Manager or within the food industry then this could be the right opportunity for you. The company are based in the Midlands but projects will be run all over the UK, due to the nature of the projects they win a number of weekends working will be required. Further requirements are: Construction, Fit-out or experience of working with food companies Further duties for the Project Manager will be: Manage numerous projects simultaneously Work with the sales team to arrange quotations for future projects Attend project handover meetings to confirm all project details Site Manager’s future package: £48K Company Car Company bonus Pension 3% 25 Days holiday
