Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Lincoln Salary: £40,000 per annum (with potential for increase after probation) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager for a small, friendly residential care home in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has a proven track record of successfully managing occupancy levels. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. • Drive occupancy rates by effectively marketing the home and building positive relationships with local authorities and families. • Lead and support a team of care staff, fostering a caring and positive environment for both staff and residents. • Manage budgets, staffing, and care plans to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. • Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Requirements: • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or currently working towards it). • Proven experience in managing a residential care home with a focus on achieving and maintaining occupancy. • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • A good understanding of CQC regulations and a commitment to delivering outstanding care.
