ASTOUND’s projects span over 40 countries and their clients are some of the most well-recognized brands across multiple industry sectors including consumer products, sports and entertainment, telecommunications, and technology.Role Summary:In this role, your primary focus is to drive new and existing client relationships/revenues through the effective delivery of ASTOUND’s offerings, working with members of the cross-functional teams and the office’s senior leadership to serve as a trusted advisor to the client and an initial conduit into project development and execution. A passion for building trusted and long-term relationships through the successful delivery of all facets of a project is key to your success.More specifically, on the day-to-day, the Director Client Partnerships will be given incoming business leads to qualify and manage as well as be expected to use their own network of clients to drive revenue in your assigned portfolio of business. You will collaborate directly and cross-functionally in order to complete client proposals.RESPONSIBILITIESBe a champion of extraordinary work by providing inspiration, leadership and expertise in the ASTOUND’s offeringsBe able to navigate complex projects with a variety of stakeholder groups (client and agency partners)Act as subject matter expert on best practices bringing experience and insight dailyEstablish and guide appropriate processes for team and client collaboration in order to achieve business success on behalf of the clientMaintain clear and frequent communication with the client in order to ensure alignment regarding roles, responsibilities, budgets, schedules and statusBuild solid, unshakable client relationships and a key contributor to year-over-year account growthReview creative work-in-progress and provide recommendations for strengthening before client presentationsLead the development of scopes of work, budgets, staffing plans and schedules for all work, including incremental and new projects (in partnership with Operations)Manage the profitability of work, be cost-conscious of account handling expenses and alert to opportunities for growth in other project assignmentsRegularly prepares documentation including but not limited to design briefs, quote requests, estimates, proposals, change orders, graphic requests, and final invoices and secures the required approvals internally before presenting to clientsWorks with operations team to lead all internal processes related to project execution such as, but not limited to: booking sessions, work orders, project management requests, show service orders, labor orders, and logistics planning;Proactively maintains excellent reporting in ASTOUND’s CRM system, SalesforceWork with Accounting to assist in the timely collection of all receivablesDemonstrates maturity and is a positive role model to employeesWorks on internal projects and committees as agreedQUALIFICATIONS:Results orientedA minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an agency or experiential marketing background, with a focus on project management and organic client growthPrevious experience working on large productions with build components is idealDemonstrable and proven high level of competency in managing projects in experiential marketing, branded environments, and events industryConfident leading turn-key projects from conception to installationExcellent organization and communication skillsPossesses excellent and professional relationship management and building skillsPossesses and applies excellent attention to detail in all dutiesPositive attitude and ability to work in teamsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite softwareSalesforce expertise is an asset but not requiredThe Values You Align With:Steadfast Courage - We fearlessly take on challenges and make bold decisions to achieve remarkable results.Unwavering Integrity - We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and prioritize honesty, transparency, and professionalism.Boundless Creativity - We push boundaries with innovative, collaborative ideas that surpass expectations and create unforgettable experiences.Unparalleled Service - We fearlessly take on challenges and make bold decisions to achieve remarkable results.Insatiable Curiosity - We never stop learning, exploring, and taking risks to create breakthrough experiences.Constant Collaboration - We thrive on teamwork, leverage diverse perspectives, and support each other to deliver experiences greater than the sum of their parts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
