Billing Advisor (Cardiff)

BILLING ADVISOR Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Billing Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Cardiff. ROLE: Billing Advisor SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum (PAYE) JOB TYPE: 4 months with extension likely LOCATION: Pontprennau, Cardiff Gate (CF23) HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position. THE ROLE: To manage customer billing workflow. Creating, sending, and tracking invoices. Managed data entry, ensuring accuracy of data, and maintained customer accounts. Processed payments accurately and promptly and reconciled accounts receivable records. Answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call. SKILLS: Customer Service Data Entry Accounting Knowledge Attention to detail. Problem Solving Good IT Skills.
