Supervising social worker with Hybrid working Salary up to £42,000 + allowances NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed fostering agency in Cambridge. I am looking for an experienced supervising social worker with hybrid working for their team. The IFA has a friendly, family orientated approach, community-based providing high standards therapeutic care services to foster carers and children looked after. If you are looking for a role that is therapeutic, this is the best chance to put your skills into practice, incorporating therapy into social work practice. They offer on-going therapeutic training so it is a great chance to improve your skills. Responsibilities The supervising social worker with hybrid working will supervise a complex caseload, maximum 1 hours drive from Cambridge using therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support. You will be working mostly home-based with going to the office twice per week. You will have 10 carers in your care. There is a requirement to attend the office twice per week.
