Responsibilities: Supporting teachers in the classroom to deliver engaging lessons Working with students individually or in small groups to aid their learning Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment Helping to develop resources and materials for students Providing additional support to children with special educational needs (SEN) if required Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience working in an educational setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and positive attitude towards supporting children’s education Why Join Us?
