Care Outlook, a renowned home care provider in London and the South East of England since 2005, is evolving, and we are seeking to enhance our team at our West Wickham domiciliary office with a pivotal role: the Registered Branch Manager. We invite experienced individuals, who have demonstrated remarkable leadership in the home care sector, to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will take the helm of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the pinnacle of care quality for our residents. Core Duties & Responsibilities as Registered Branch Manager: * Serve as a beacon of positivity and dignity, fostering a person-centered approach in engagements with service users and their families * Spearhead the efficient and effective delivery of services, establishing meticulous monitoring procedures to uphold our high standards perpetually * Provide adept management, leadership, and support to the team, nurturing a harmonious and productive work environment * Forge strong connections with all stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication channels for the seamless provision of services * Champion the professional growth of staff members through accessible training and developmental opportunities * Ensure stringent adherence to CQC regulations, steering our scheme towards the zenith of care standards What We Offer: * A competitive salary of up to £35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant on experience * A company-issued mobile phone for seamless communication * Unyielding support and avenues for professional development * 20 days of holiday, besides bank holidays * An enriching role with a leading and expanding home care provider We are Seeking Candidates Who: * Are wholly committed to elevating the life quality of vulnerable individuals * Have at least 5 years experience in care, manager level experience required * Possess a full UK driving license preferred We welcome applicants with experience in roles such as Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, Domiciliary Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, or Care Service Manager.
