Join us.Barbaricum is seeking several Junior through senior-level Intelligence Analysts to support the Long-Range Enterprise Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Activity (LEIA) Task Order, following the ongoing Combatant Commands C5ISR - Pacific Operations (C3PO) TO. This team will provide critical analytical support to Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and its strategic partners, ensuring robust intelligence capabilities for multi-mission operations. The Intelligence Analysts will assess, evaluate, and synthesize intelligence data from various sources, delivering key insights to enhance intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance efforts in a complex, multi-domain operational environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide analysis of current and projected threat activities, capabilities, and potential future developments from both tactical and strategic perspectives.Analyze threat information reports, intelligence summaries, trends, gaps, and methods of operation to identify potential risks and patterns.Analyze current intelligence and produce comprehensive reports that enhance intelligence production.Implement strategies to improve intelligence processes, ensuring compliance with relevant directives.Use all-source intelligence databases to provide thorough analysis and reporting, employing established analytical tradecraft.Apply experience in Multi-INT disciplines (multiple intelligence sources) to support various missions and intelligence operations.QualificationsActive DoD TS/SCI Clearance required.Bachelor’s degree preferred.3-10 years' experience working in the U.S. Intelligence Community.Experience with counterintelligence research analysis and writing analytically sound finished intelligence products.Experience writing intelligence reports, to include, but not limited to: IIRs, NIPs, CEMs, CMs, and Operational and Investigative correspondence consistent with community standards.Experience supporting SOF preferred.Additional InformationFor more information about Barbaricum, please visit our website atwww.barbaricum.com.
