F45 is committed its member base and employees to reach new personal heights.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager at F45 Training in Toronto, ON. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing two F45 Training studios in the downtown region, including the flagship- Yorkville. You will be excellent at ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, implementing strategies to drive business growth, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Regional Manager will collaborate with the ownership team and support studios in achieving their goals.QualificationsExperience in fitness industry managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement business strategiesKnowledge of sales and marketing principlesFamiliarity with boutique fitness industry trendsFamiliarity with F45 a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in business, sports management, or related fieldCertification in fitness training or related field is a plus
