Fitout Site Manager

PCR Ltd have a great opportunity to work with one of the UKs leading fit-out contractors for a project located in Cambridge. Due to continued growth our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the fast track fit-out and refurbishment of a retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the site from pre-start to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully managing retail store construction and /or other commercial retail spaces and have the ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team. You must hold SMSTS, First Aid and be ideally trade qualified / background. Whilst the projects are fast turnover and high paced this will be ongoing works in Cambridge and across London, the South East and wider country for someone wanting a long run of work with a stable company.
