We are problem solvers and advocates with extensive experience representing a spectrum of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures to individual directors and executives on a variety of legal issues. We recognize that traditional legal proceedings are only one way to resolve a dispute. We embrace creative and alternative ways to effectively represent our clients and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials with three to five years of relevant litigation or corporate governance experience from a top-tier law firm. We are interested in candidates with strong written and oral advocacy skills who communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
