Global Mobility Relocation Consultant

We are seeking a Global Mobility Relocation Consultant to join our client, a global mobility and relocation management company.The Global Mobility Relocation Consultant will be responsible for managing global relocation services for corporate assignees and their families, acting as the dedicated point of contact during their relocation.Duties of the position include but are not limited to:Review assignee needs and requirements during assignment briefings calls and meetingsAct as the subject matter expert on relocation services to corporate clients and assigneesManage assignee case files, always ensuring excellent service deliveryProvide support and assistance to the global relocation teamBe reactive to client and assignee needs and requestsProvide assistance to the global relocation and mobility manager as requiredJoin client meetings and client account review sessionsIdentify areas of improvement and handle client escalationsSkills and experience required:Fluent in English and FrenchExcellent understanding of relocation, international assignment services, and destination services sectorsGreat relocation case management skillsFantastic cultural awareness and empathyExcellent client service skillsStrong time-keeping skills and able to meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
