AI Consultants will have generative, predictive, and analytic AI knowledge and have proven expertise in AI ethics, design, and general technology understanding.Core ResponsibilitiesAI Expertise: Apply ever-expanding knowledge of AI technologies to provide broad strategic perspective and guidance to Salesforce customers.Provide Trusted AI Professional Services: Lead AI Coach engagements, develop readiness assessments, vision, strategy, and PoV for AI focus topics.Product Alignment: Partner with TMP leaders to ensure continuous feedback between PoV/content/asset creation and AI powered product direction.Industry Alignment: Collaborate with Industry leaders to ensure continuous feedback between PoV content creation and industry-specific insights.Customer and Executive Engagement: Engage senior level customer leaders to establish links, demonstrate AI expertise and build credibility.Account Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams in creating customized solutions for key accounts.Knowledge & Enablement: Coordinate and collaborate on knowledge, assets, and enablement tools to scale AI knowledge throughout professional services.Your ImpactThought leadership: Establish Salesforce as trusted experts in the field of AI.Account-specific POV: Tailor solution messages to customers about AI and Einstein.Engage with customers: Drive the vision to tangible implementation strategies.Relationship building: Engage long-term with C-level executives.Salesforce Way & Knowledge Contribution: Create content and assets to enable Salesforce Trailblazers on AI topics.Success CriteriaSuccessful execution of AI strategic engagements.Application of Ethical AI guidelines in strategy and roadmaps.Successful collaboration with OU's and other areas of ProServ.Creation & Maintenance of high-value Sales and ProServ assets.Minimum RequirementsStrategic consulting experience with large clients (8+ yrs).Expertise in AI capabilities.Knowledge of overall AI challenges and technology trends.Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Strategy, etc.Understanding of solution development and operational readiness.GTM support experience.Knowledgeable in Salesforce products.Active role in digital transformation.Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.Strong executive presence and collaboration skills.Occasional travel (average of 40%).Degree or equivalent experience required.Preferred Requirements:Proven success in a matrixed and collaborative environment.Prior success in emerging tech or AI implementations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
