Job Summary: Operations Team Member - Supply Chain Operations You will be responsible for managing inbound supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with internal stakeholders, and identifying risks to reduce impact on the end-to-end operation.

Job Description

You will join our Operations team, reporting into our Supply Chain Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in supply chain operations. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage category ownership of inbound supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery • Execute weekly inbound scheduling, ordering, and forecasting processes • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure high standards are consistently met • Partner with Procurement, Technical, Inventory, and Production teams to strengthen the supply portfolio and reduce risk • Ensure timely and accurate information is shared with internal stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience • Identify risks and think critically to reduce impact on the end-to-end operation • Deliver key projects to improve the performance and efficiency of the supply chain **Requirements:** • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights • Ability to manage and coordinate stock levels across multiple sites • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Resilient and able to operate well under pressure, prioritizing ruthlessly • Strong communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders • Critical thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and present critical information to solve problems • Highly motivated and passionate self-starter • FMCG and Supply Chain Operations background is a plus **What You Will Get:** • 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes • Company pension scheme • Gym membership • Bupa private medical insurance • Electric vehicle scheme • Bippit account - financial support • Free professional development and coaching memberships • Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme • Dog friendly office (London site only) • Free breakfast every day • Eye care scheme • Cycle to work scheme • Group Life Assurance **Working Hours:** Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
