Description: Mortgage Administrator A high performing independent Mortgage Brokerage is expanding their operation and they require an additional Mortgage Administrator to join their flourishing team, in order to support this exciting period of company growth. The successful applicant will cover the administration of several Mortgage Brokers. Our client's vision at is to revolutionise the process of buying property, remortgaging/refinancing, moving house,changing ownership, investing in property and to make those processes more seamless, offer more & better options and offer a wider range of services all in one place whilst keeping customer service and the customer journey at the heart of everything they do! Mortgage Administrator - Skills Required: Experience in the mortgage industry vital Excellent written & verbal communication skills Meticulous with a keen eye for detail Positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to prioritise our customers’ needs and requirements at all times Ability to work under pressure and problem solve, both independently and part of the team Computer literate and familiarity with Microsoft office Well organised with excellent time keeping Mortgage Administrator - Responsibilities: Dealing with incoming calls, emails, post and voicemails, responding to any non-advisory queries in a professional and timely manner and referring any advisory queries to the relevant advisor, following these up with the relevant broker to ensure a response has been issued Liaising with solicitors, lenders, estate agents and brokers to progress mortgage applications from start to finish as quickly and seamlessly as possible Ensure our customer service database is kept up to date and all information held is accurate and that team members are also keeping the systems up to date/correct Keeping clients & associated parties updated on the status of their application(s), ensuring every step of the customer journey is as clear and stress free for the client as possible Inputting cases on to our system, ensuring all details are accurate and all documents have been received in line with our compliance policies Inputting mortgage/insurance applications accurately and efficiently and completing suitability reports to send to the client with all required initial information Mortgage Administrator - The Package: £25,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Possibility of flexible remote working after a successful probationary period Pension Competitive Holiday Entitlement Flexible working hours HR & Well Being Services Company Events Mentoring & Coaching Career Progression Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents and Financial Services Professionals hits 17 years of successful trading.
