Drive strategic people plans to enable business outcomes, partner with executive committee members, and lead organisational change initiatives.
About the Role
As a People Partner, you will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic people plans to drive business outcomes. You will partner with two members of the executive committee, working closely with them to align people priorities with business strategy.
- Accountable for the design and delivery of strategic people plans to enable business outcomes.
- Organisation change - guide leadership teams on OD and the delivery of change.
- Talent - ensure a good view of talent across functions and equip managers to put in place development plans for their teams.
- Reward - work with executive members on reward questions and understand and work within frameworks.
About You
We are looking for someone with significant experience working with an executive or partnering an executive. You will need to be able to seek and analyse data from multiple sources to get to the root cause of business issues and use this to effectively match CofE products to business issues.
