SEO Executive Haywards Heath (Outskirts), £26,000 - £29,000, Mon - Thurs: 8am-5:30pm, Fri 9am -12:30pm, Parking, 20 days holiday + BH + Christmas Shutdown (usually 3 additional days), Pension, Life & Critical Illness policy The Role We're delighted to be partnered with our client, an award-winning well-established creative agency looking to bring an SEO Executive on board to join their small but growing digital team. Working as part of a team, the SEO Executive will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing organic and paid search initiatives for clients. The role involves creating and implementing keyword strategies, as well as reporting on, analysing, and continuously improving the digital performance of these projects. You will be accountable for: Overall online performance of Company and its clients liaising with the Client Services team for briefs, metrics, and KPIs Developing and implementing SEO strategies tailored to client needs, including on-page optimisation and content creation Conducting keyword research and analysing competitor SEO strategies Assessing site health and implementing technical SEO fixes or coordinating with developers as needed Assisting with content calendars and informing the creation of new optimised content Analysing SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush Producing and presenting SEO reports with insights and recommendations Improving organic SEO and managing paid search campaigns Optimising local SEO efforts for better visibility in local searches Requirements We would expect the successful SEO Executive to have some good knowledge and experience with organic and paid SEO strategy, implementation and ongoing management. You will be comfortable with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager with good skills in keyword strategy. You will be comfortable working in a small team where the expectation is for everyone to roll their sleeves up where necessary - a positive and proactive attitude and approach to your work is essential. This role would suit some who has been working as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, SEO Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant looking to specialise in an SEO focused role. Due to the location, you will need your own transport.
