Branch Manager: Dartmouth, NSDo you have exceptional management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit? My client is looking for a Branch Manager for its Dartmouth Location. These managers are the heart of this large corporation and plan, direct, and lead all local business operations with full P & L responsibility in this industrial role.This individual must generate strong financial results through leadership focused on people and customers in full alignment with the corporate business model. This person must confidently balance employee satisfaction while growing market share and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyzing monthly financial reports and implementing appropriate strategies to increase operating efficiencies, manage assets and improve ROI and profit-sharing targets are crucial to this person and the branch’s success.This is a Senior Management role. The incumbent must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience (preferably industrial), along a progressive career path including sales and sales management.You must have a university degree or equivalent experience and education; an MBA is preferred. You must have proven success in a similar role in addition to leadership and operational expertise. Excellent written/oral communication skills are necessities as is the ability to perform in a varied and fast-paced environment.An extremely lucrative compensation and benefits package are provided, commensurate with experience level.
