Role: Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager ?? Location: Devon ?? Offering a full range of services from design to project management, they excel in delivering substation structures, electrical equipment, busbars, clamps, and comprehensive earthing systems both above and below ground. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to strengthen our project management team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving decisions and ensuring project success, working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze ERP data to manage budget and cost dynamics. Oversee labor, time, and expenditures across all aspects of projects. Provide weekly reports to guide project managers on commercial performance. Lead risk management and cost control efforts throughout projects. Advise on contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards. Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and uphold Company Values. Key Skills: Strong communication skills for both internal teams and external partners. Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork. NEC or JCT contract knowledge and experience are essential. Key Experience: Proven experience in a similar role. Construction experience is ideal, but attitude and approach are just as important. AssocRICS or MRICS credentials are a plus, but not mandatory.
