Site Manager

Site Manager required in Dartford GVR Solutions are currently looking for another experienced Internals Package Site Manager to work for a well-established Residential developer based on their biggest development based in Dartford. Project: Residential new build Development – Consisting of Homes and apartments Project stage: First fix through to completion Rate: £240pd - £260pd Duration: On-going Daily responsibilities for the successful Site Manager will include: * Working and reporting to the Senior Site Manager * The role will require you to ensure the successful delivery of works on budget, on time and, in a safe manner and fully in accordance with company policy and procedures * Managing contractors and direct operatives, ensuring planned works are completed on time and within budget * You will work closely with the supply chain to ensure delivery, prepare work programmes, weekly reporting, hold regular meetings with supply chain and client, and providing high quality control * Managing and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Requirements for the role of Site Manager: * Previous experience working on internals for new build residential developments * Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid * Asbestos Awareness * Temporary works * Trade background is preferential but not essential If you are interested in the above Site Manager position, please get in touch
