Credit Control + Accounts Assistant- £28,000pa

What you'll be doing: Credit Control Posting and allocation of customer payments. Reconciling unallocated payments. Amending and monitoring credit limits. Monitoring general and personal email boxes, ensuring timely responses. Dealing with customer queries via email and phone. Sending out monthly customer statements. Sending copy invoices. Setting up new customer accounts, following established procedures. Other ad hoc duties.Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience in credit control. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
