QA Engineer hybrid • Full-Time • Paris

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our highly committed team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our website, mobile applications, and internal products to ensure timely and high-quality release deliveries.As part of the QA Team, you will closely collaborate with members from across our Engineering teams, including back-end and front-end developers, data engineers, product managers, and customer success and support teams, to create innovative software and ensure a seamless user experience.Zoi is a unique blend of software and hardware, catered to different end-users, including medical professionals, researchers, and members. Therefore, as a QA Engineer, you will be at the frontier of several worlds, ensuring the quality for both hardware and software, as well as interfacing with highly diverse users and use cases. The role is a fantastic challenge for a talented engineer with a problem-solving mindset, who can demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments.Main MissionsContribute to requirement specifications, provide testing estimations & needs, and feature insights to support roadmap and release planning.Elaborate test plans on specific scope and actively participate in building efficient testing coverage.Work closely with Product Managers and development teams, proposing testing solutions and optimizations.Design and execute test cases based on feature requirements.Design and develop reliable automated tests and analyze results.Write, improve, and maintain non-regression test suites.Run test campaigns across all our products (manual and automated).Detect defects and provide detailed test reports.Participate in automated tests code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Actively participate in team meetings, share work, and help the teams to always keep a quality-first mindset, promoting QA best practices, focused on shift-left and product value.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a proven record of developing automation tests, designing automated workflows, and CI/CD implementation.Excellent proficiency in JavaScript (Cypress, Detox) and in API testing. React knowledge is a plus.ISTQB certification is a plus.Strong communicator and team player.You are meticulous, autonomous, and have a high attention to detail, spotting defects with ease.You are keen on coaching your peers towards automation excellence, including code best practices, testing pipeline execution, and analyzing test run results.Fluent French & excellent proficiency in written English are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
