Painter and Decorator

We are looking for a Painter and Decorator to deliver high-quality reactive repairs and refurbishment work within social housing properties in Bristol. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive pay rate of £22-£23 per hour. Painter and Decorator Key Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating work, including preparation, emulsion, glossing, wallpapering, and surface repairs. Attend and resolve various decoration requests in occupied properties, ensuring efficient and tidy service. Refurbish void properties, preparing them to a high standard for new tenants. Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor plastering and filling. Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.Painter and Decorator Requirements: Experience in painting and decorating within the social housing sector. You must have your own tools and a reliable van. Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) are preferred.
