We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at The Landmark Hotel London Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to our recipe specification manual.
• Pro-actively research new dishes and present them to your senior chef for approval.
• Take ownership of a section in the absence of a Junior Sous chef and lead by example.
• Maintain good working relations with all kitchen team members and support departments.
