You will hire and develop top application delivery talent, contribute to best practices and our modernization body of knowledge, support modernization projects throughout your respective region, and contribute to sales efforts to position application modernization initiatives to our most demanding customers.This role can be based in the United States or United Kingdom.Candidate Qualifications15+ years of career experience in consulting for system integrators or software companies including 5+ years in services sales or delivery leadership.Successful track record in a senior professional services delivery role, with responsibilities for sales and delivery.Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, cloud architecture, application development methodologies, and deployment/operational considerations.At ease operating in a dynamic, fast growing business, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude.Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with often limited data.Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing and developing senior leaders.Demonstrated capability to establish meaningful relationships with customers and partners.Outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.Comfortable traveling for work as needed.Position ExpectationsLead an organization primarily responsible for materially impacting customer consumption rates through application modernization.Accountable for the overall success of the PS application modernization practice based on established performance metrics.Accountable for hiring, development and deployment of talent throughout the practice.Accountable for best practices, innovation and continuous acceleration of modernization of applications.Establish and maintain a culture of mutual accountability between PS and customers.Partner with PS and other field teams for continuous improvement of customer engagement models.Support MongoDB teams in management of risk throughout the modernization engagement lifecycle.Responsible for developing the capabilities and maturity of the leaders on your team.Accountable for ownership of all delivery assets, tools, capabilities, systems, processes and playbooks.Success MeasuresSuccessful execution, evolution and acceleration of application modernization playbooks.Identify and manage leading indicators that ensure successful execution & acceleration of modernization engagements.Decisions driven by well-maintained, robust tracking and reporting of key performance indicators.MongoDB is committed to providing any necessary accommodations for individuals with disabilities within our application and interview process.
