Team Leader Children’s Residential - UK manual driving licence essential. * UK Manual Driving Licence Essential * Previous experience supporting young people is required for this role* £500 Welcome Bonus - once you pass probation period of 6 months * £1000 Refer A Friend reward - £250 when they start and £750 when they pass their probation * We are unable to offer sponsorship * We offer competitive hourly rates PLUS £78 per sleep in rates ROC Northwest offers high quality residential care and education for children and young people with mental health conditions such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties and complex needs associated with challenging behaviour. What is the role? Your role as Team Leader for ROC Northwest is to assist and support the House Manager where needed, ensuring the smooth running of the shift, assigning specific tasks to the support workers and monitoring their completion. You will support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family, encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs and leisure activities and to support the children in all aspects of their daily living. You will safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm and when the children are not in the service you will undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home ensuring your team perform their duties to the highest standards.
