We are seeking a dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the IT strategy and execution for a newly carved-out entity. The CIO will be responsible for establishing independent IT systems, managing the transition from the parent company, and ensuring a smooth technology separation. The ideal candidate will have experience in carve-outs or large-scale IT transformations, with strong leadership and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead the IT separation process from the parent companyDefine the roadmap and timelines for the separation projectDevelop and implement independent IT infrastructure and systems (ERP, CRM etc)Work closely with CFO and CEO to organise operational timelines and strategyEnsure smooth transition of data, systems, and technologyDrive innovation and efficiency in the new entity's IT operationsRequirements:Proven experience in IT leadership, particularly in carve-outs or complex transitionsStrong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and data migrationExcellent leadership and project management skills
