For the successful Wood Machinist our client is offering;
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £16 per hour - DOE
- Day shifts Monday to Friday 7am-5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays
- Temporary-Permanent position

- Discretionary annual bonus which can range between 3-8% of the annual salary

The Role of the Wood Machinist:
- Meeting customer specifications
- Operating a variety of machinery on a daily basis to include: Planer, Six head moulder, Hundegger, Spindle Moulder, Bandsaw, Planer, Moulder etc
- Following health & safety guidelines on site
- Following and reading diagrams/drawings to construct objects to precise measurements.
- Cutting and measuring timber to use later in construction.
- Manual handling
- Flexibility to work on a variety of machinery on a daily basis
What our client is looking for in a Wood Machinist:
- You MUST have previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Our client is looking for somebody who has worked with some of the following - Planer, Six head Moulder, Hundegger, Spindle Moulder, Bandsaw, Planer, Moulder - ESSENTIAL
- General hand tools and Power tools knowledge and experience will also be needed.
