Our client is a software company that focuses on creating epic home-buying experiences. The platform allows people to shop, purchase, and make selections using photorealistic virtual homes, communities, and virtual design centers, online or in person.They aim to make the home purchase journey as easy and convenient as possible, providing speed, better service, and personalized interaction.They are looking for a highly energetic sales executive who will be responsible for optimizing the product value and price to maximize inbound revenue for the company.Advantages* Base salary ranging from 65k-100k, plus commissions of 40k in the first year, 80k in the second year* Hybrid model* Cell phone, laptop* All benefits inclusive* 30+ year growing Canadian company.Responsibilities* Sales Quota management, set budgets with management, and manage the team to meet or exceed monthly quotas* Consistent onboarding of new business.* Managing and maintaining existing clients & business opportunities* Participating in the development and execution of the sales and marketing plan* Managing, hiring and analysis of all Sales and Marketing employees/ performanceQualifications* Undergraduate university degree in business, marketing or similar fields – Or equivalent experience with a proven track record.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, must be tech saavy* Able to read floor plans* Experience in the real estate industry, sale of internet and computer based products/ services is an asset* Self-motivated and proven leadership skillsSummaryDo you have the right qualifications?To apply for this and all other suitable sales positions, please ensure that a profile is created on Randstad.ca.
