Health & Safety Manager

Job Specification Position: Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Location: Flintshire Hours: Days Monday - Friday Salary: NEG DOE We are currently recruiting a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager for our client based in Flintshire, the ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background, worked towards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, have a NEBOSH, NCRQ, NVQ or relevant HSE qualification along with knowledge of LOLER and PUWER Regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental risks on a company-wide basis. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements and promoting a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace. Essential qualifications: Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH, NCRQ, NVQ) Certified member of IOSH or chartered member of IOSH Essential experience: At least 5 years working in a similar role within a heavy manufacturing environment A thorough working knowledge of LOLER and PUWER Regulations ISO audits (conducting internal audits and dealing with external auditors) Desirable experience: Previous experience in a HSE role off-shore (oil and gas or wind farm) would be highly desirable Please contact Nicola at HR GO recruitment on (phone number removed) or email
