Job Description:Job Description We’re growing!! And looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic candidates to join our team for the position of a Casual Labourer located in Kingston, ON. This is an ideal full-time, 4 month temporary position. Duties include:Providing general assistance to the Resident Manager.Regular cleaning of building common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrance, elevators, laundry room (wipe down all laundry equipment) and office area.Maintain all flower beds and planters as required.Complete other clean up tasks as requiredEnsure compliance with Skyline policies and procedures including participation in on-going job related training.All other duties as required. Qualifications:Strong customer service skills.Enthusiasm and energy. Ability to frequently walk and lift items, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Work a flexible schedule.Good communication skills.Experienced in safe work practices as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
