Key Responsibilities Quality and Compliance: Ensure project adherence to quality and compliance standards, which constitute 80% of the role. Project Oversight: Manage the overall project, ensuring effective delivery of services. Team Management: Oversee and support a team of 10 staff members. Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting of project performance and outcomes.Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in quality and compliance, ideally as an Internal Verifier. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage and support a team effectively. Passion for supporting refugees and making a positive social impact.
