SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities. What you will be responsible for As Senior Associate you will Assist in daily physical settlement processes and meet established deadlines Work with internal client support teams for timely settlement of physical trades Facilitate re-registration and restriction removal requests with transfer agents and issuers Research and resolve any share exceptions with our physical depository Update and follow standard operating procedures Assist in ad hoc projects and process enhancements Research and respond to client inquiries timely and accurately What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Attention to detail Strong communication skills Multi-tasking Time Management Risk Management Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or experience in Banking preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite About State Street What we do.
