We aim to support multiple asset classes (spot, derivatives, and to connect with the main DeFi protocols).Business ModelB2B SaaS software licensing with a modular approach of services delivered together or combined separately to Hedge Funds, Crypto Funds, VCs, Family Offices or even DAO & Protocols.The contextAs we accelerate our growth, we're excited to establish two new Feature Teams, namely Integration & Core, that the candidate will lead:Join our Integration Feature Team to oversee the development of our middleware, functioning as a versatile integration layer (ETL). This layer connects seamlessly with a myriad of platforms, including Centralized exchanges, Onchain data providers, Custody solutions, Brokers, Banks, Market Data providers, and WEB3 Security providers, utilizing various protocols such as REST API, Web Sockets, FIX, SWIFT. Your role involves orchestrating the acquisition of diverse data types (live & historical data, price feed, positions, transactions, alerts) from these sources. Moreover, we're gearing towards providing a user-friendly API and a development portal for effortless integration of additional ecosystem actors, expanding our offerings to Nuant's clientele.Core Feature Team (2 BE & 2 FE Engineers)And also join our Core Feature Team, which is pivotal in managing our micro service architecture. We have consolidated all Nuant modules into a Core Service, and your responsibility will be to enhance this service to cater to customization needs, such as support for multiple currencies or languages, and global features like white labelling options. Furthermore, you will oversee the platform's governance across all Nuant services, including user right management, customer service consumption & invoicing, and payment processing. Your role also extends to managing company & user preferences, authentication, and platform onboarding processes.You’ll report to the Head of Product and will work closely with him to build the product.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the user experience of the product from conception to launch in partnership with UX Designers, Engineers, Product Marketing.Discovery & Definition:Organize workshops with Early Adopters to discover new opportunities, discuss pain points, get your future solutions challenged or just gather some feedback on user experience.Analyze preferences and requests of end users.Take broad, conceptual problems and turn them into useful and valuable solutions for our users.Own the roadmap & prioritize developments.Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.Define acceptance criteria.Write acceptance tests.Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Nuant products.Development & Delivery:Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.Plan releases and upgrades and commit on those.Monitor sprint performance & constantly seek for improvements.Write & communicate clear & engaging release notes (internal & external).Work in collaboration with product marketing to align on messaging, key features, USPs.Monitor usage, set KPIs.Preferred QualificationsHint: we don't follow convention, but you’ll catch our attention if you have:2-3y minimum at a SaaS B2B software company as Product Manager.Previous experience in an Agile Environment.Deep understanding of SDLC.Experience working with API, in both ways, to integrate with 3rd party service/data providers or/and offering your product as a service through an API that you would have built & exposed to developers (development portal, sandbox, swagger, API Documentation…).Experience working with web3 (or at least being a real “Degen” in your personal life).Good organization skills.Fast learner.BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
