We're looking for a genuinely caring and hands-on Female Support Worker with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you'll help individuals gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our residential service in Trowbridge is a welcoming and friendly environment, where no two days are the same. You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities.
As a night support worker, you'll be expected to perform light cleaning duties. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to make a real difference to someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence.
