We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on a Web Development Director to help us propel our growth.

Daily Responsibilities
Manage and mentor the web development team, aligning their work with the company’s strategic objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of websites, ensuring they’re responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and design teams to translate business goals into effective web strategies that drive revenue growth and support profit margins.
Set coding standards and ensure best practices are followed, maintaining the security, scalability, and reliability of web properties.
Keep the team up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends, driving innovation within the department.
Regularly review website performance, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall revenue impact.
Manage the web development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, and monitor project costs to support profitability and maintain healthy profit margins.
Analyze the financial impact of web projects, ensuring that they contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profit goals.
Adapting to the role as needed.
Requirements
Experience managing a team.
An all-star in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of web standards, SEO principles, and accessibility best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency with the following platforms: WordPress, Shopify, WebFlow, and Figma.
