The Maintenance Engineer will ensure smooth manufacturing operations by leading a team to maintain, repair, and optimise the plant's machinery. They will also manage engineering projects and liaise with external contractors.

Description
Work in a team of engineers in maintaining and improving plant machinery
Manage engineering projects from concept to completion
Liaise with external contractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Optimise machinery performance to increase plant efficiency
Train and develop team members
Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies
Monitor and control maintenance costsProfile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery and processes
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience managing engineering projects
Excellent problem-solving skills
