We are working with a growing building services and engineering business, seeking a Small Works Project Manager in a heating focused position, operating across London and the East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading building services company, dedicated to delivering innovate heating solutions for commercial owners and occupiers with exceptional service to customers. They specialise in a range of building services, from concept design and installation of full-scale district heating systems in energy centres to general maintenance and repairs. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a variety of small-scale heating projects under £150K across London, East Anglia and up towards Lincolnshire - ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This hire forms part of a significance recruitment drive because of sizeable contract wins for an SME.
