RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for our South Leicestershire based client, for a Credit Controller full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing business. Main role of Credit Controller We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to work within a busy Credit Control department. As a Credit Controller they will be responsible for the collection of an alphabetically split aged debt. Our client is keen to appoint someone who works well as part of a team, is self-motivated with an outgoing positive attitude and committed to fulfilling our business objectives. Responsibilities of the Credit Controller Weekly and monthly management reporting Pro-activ Cash Collection by telephone, email and dunning letters, including dispute management. Referral of accounts to a debt recovery specialist should internal collection efforts fail. Ensuring compliance with our risk insurance policy Ongoing credit and risk assessment to reduce probability of bad debt Controlling customer account balances against credit limits Implementing action plans to facilitate collection of overdue and over exposed balances Skills and experience: Previous experience within a Credit Control or similar environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Computer literate Attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload and meet given deadlines Thrives under pressure On offer is the following: Competitive Salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance, pension scheme and Lifestyle benefits Working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm If you are interested in the Credit Controller for further information on this fabulous opportunity, please contact Tracey at or call on, (phone number removed), (phone number removed)
