CNC Machinist

Escape Recruitment is working with their client based in West Lothian who are a global provider of integrated energy systems and solutions to recruit an Experienced CNC Machinist. I am looking to speak with candidates who can Set, Operate & Program CNC Machines, You will have a recognised Engineering apprenticeship and preferably experience of Programming / Operating Mazatrol & Mazak systems. Description To program using Mazatrol and manufacture components to drawings, procedures and programmes as instructed by the Manager/Supervisor within the times set out on route cards and to maintain high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Take a pro-active role to improve delivery performance, e.g., new methods, tooling etc. Understand and interpret technical plans and drawings. Record time accurately onto Mercury System via capture gun, and sign off route card to indicate operation completion. Care and maintenance of machine, ensuring machine is cleaned down at the end of each shift and oil levels are correct. Identify faults with machine and report to Supervisor/Manager. Advise of any faults in quality or efficiency immediately Qualifications/Experience Engineering Apprenticeship i.e., time served turner/miller, or relevant experience gained within a manufacturing environment. 3 years Mazak Integrex programming/operating experience Send your updated CV to apply
