Join our Internal Business Technology Group as a Business Analyst where you'll leverage data to propel business growth and refine customer experiences. We seek a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who thrives in diving into large datasets to unearth actionable insights. This role involves analyzing and improving business processes, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, and driving growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business needs, analyze trends, and deliver data-driven insights to influence company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute data experiments for hypothesis testing in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Engage with teams across legal, finance, sales, operations, and security to optimize data workflows.
  • Present data-driven performance trends and analyses to key stakeholders.
  • Manage daily business monitoring, including both standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Create advanced Tableau visualizations and analyses using SQL.
  • Evaluate broad business metrics to guide strategic decisions and ensure data integrity across platforms like Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Identify opportunities from data insights and drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to detail complex data in an accessible manner.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Keen interest in AI and advanced analytics, with a preference for candidates experienced in Python & R.
  • Familiar with A/B testing; adept at quantitative analysis and decision-making.
  • Independent and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Analytics Engineer, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in written and verbal communications.
