Finishing Manager needed in Peckham, London * Start Date: Immediate * Duration: 2 Months * Day Rate: £250 per day * Working Hours: 8am to 6pm * Payment Method: UTR/CIS Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager for a site based in Peckham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal finishing works on a construction project. This is a two-month contract with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise all internal finishing works to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. * Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the finishing phase. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and report progress to the site manager. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Internal Finishing Manager. * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. * First Aid Ticket. * CSCS Card (Black, Gold, or Blue). * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
